How To Participate

To participate in this Workshop, you are kindly requested to prepare and submit a position paper (1–3 pages, ACM Conference Proceedings Primary Article Template) outlining your background and motivating interest in the workshop's themes. Submissions will be reviewed by the organizers for relevance, with selection aimed at assembling a disciplinarily and professionally diverse cohort. Position papers accepted for this workshop will be published on this website as part of the project's ongoing documentation.

Before writing your position paper we invite you to thoroughly review the main page, and the workshop proposal that was submitted to NordiCHI by the organizers. We also invite you to familiarize yourself with the official website of NordiCHI 2026, as it provides valuable information about attending the conference. The workshop will be hosted in person on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 9:30 to 17:30 (GMT+3) at Åbo Akademi University's Campus in Vaasa, Finland.

All submissions should be .pdf files, and should be emailed to the lead organizer Alan Aronica at [email protected]. Those not familiar with utilizing the ACM Conference Proceedings Primary Article Template are still welcome to submit using alternative templates, as what we value are diverse and original perspectives.
